Hi, "Random friend of Cameron's"!

Cam's birthday is approaching and we are planning a "clever gag". we have produced a spoof self-help book, written by Cameron Lang. We are going to have a book signing event at the office. It will be a total surprise for Cam.

The concept of the book is pretty much about how Cam is always telling people his opinion and saying how right he is — You know "Cam", so you get the gist.

Here is what we want you to do...

• We have invited his buddies (you are one if you are on this page) to write a spoof review of the book.
• Pretend that you are a book reviewer for some magazine or newspaper, think Globe and Mail, Province, MacLeans, NYT, The Star, Washington Post, Playboy, the Ubussey, etc.
• Keep the headline and review fairly short, one line for the Headline and a couple of lines for the review excerpt. (Put the review within quotes, like "this" so that it will look realistic.)
• Upload a picture of yourself (like a journalist profile pic.)

We are keeping the other details on a need to know basis... this is obviously a secret so don't blow it... If you want to share this with someone: don't! (other people can't be trusted — Lars). Instead, send a message to Sandra and she will make sure that it gets shared.
